About the role :Reporting into the Head of People and Culture, our client has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced ER Lead to provide technical expertise to senior leaders and support a lift in capability across People and Culture.Leading a small team of advisors, you will be responsible for taking a strategic lens to employment relations, designing ER strategies, policies and practices that support their people.You will also be responsible for leading bargaining and resolving complex ER issues when needed.About you :You will be an experienced ER Lead with a significant track record of developing and implementing ER strategies at a systems level for large enterprise organisations.You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience leading teams.The must haves for this role are:A strong understanding of NZ employment lawExperience leading bargaining for large organisationsExceptional communication skills both written and verbalThe ability to operate at an executive levelTechnical depth and significant experience leading complex ER mattersThe ability to build strong working relationships and lead through influenceWhat's in it for you? :Remuneration reflective of your seniority and experienceAdditional KiwisaverDiscounted medical insuranceAnnual health checks and flu injectionsCareer DevelopmentFlexible working arrangementsPotential to buy additional leave#J-18808-Ljbffr
