The Warehouse has become a Kiwi household name, and we proudly recognise the role that we play in communities throughout New Zealand.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a superstar for our Entertainment department, to help our customers with all their Entertainment needs!For this role, it's important that you enjoy a fast-paced environment with lots of variety, and you aren't afraid of working hard to get things done. You're someone who likes sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional.Ideally you have a special interest in entertainment technology and would like to keep learning in this space!Hours of work are:Shift pattern 1:Wednesday & Thursday 4pm - 8pmShift pattern 2:Friday & Saturday 4pm - 8pmQualificationsIdeally you will have:Proven experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing roleKnowledge and passion for all aspects of this departmentExcellent Communication SkillsPositive, can-do attitudeVery basic knowledge of technologyNot afraid to deal with customersAdditional InformationWe offer benefits like having your birthday day off and a team discount card for use across The Warehouse Group brands.
