Enrolments Coordinator / PA to the PrincipalAs an Enrolments Coordinator/PA to the Principal, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's Preparatory School. You will manage all aspects of student enrolments, from initial inquiries through to finalising placements. You will also provide ad hoc support to the Principal as required; your ability to work closely and act as a "sounding board" will be valued. Please note this role starts 6 January 2025.In this role, your excellent interpersonal skills will be put to good use as you liaise with parents, students, and staff on various matters. Your attention to detail will ensure that all records are accurately maintained. Furthermore, your ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be crucial in this role.Manage and coordinate all aspects of student enrolmentsLiaise with parents, students, and staff on enrolment mattersMaintain accurate records and databases related to enrolmentsAssist in organising tabled school events and meetingsWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for the Enrolments Coordinator/PA to the Principal position will bring very good organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively, and strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with various stakeholders. Your proficiency in office software and database management ensures that all records are kept accurately and efficiently.
