While you will have significant management responsibilities, this role also requires hands-on involvement to resolve issues as they arise.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage engineering maintenance operationsOversee and improve preventative maintenance programsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues with production plant equipmentSupervise and guide a dedicated maintenance teamContribute to the continuous improvement of engineering systems and processesIdeal Candidate:Strong background in mechanical or electrical engineeringExpertise in preventative maintenance and fault diagnosisSolid understanding of steam operationsProficient in computer systems and maintenance softwareExcellent communication and team management skillsPositive, proactive attitude with a strong focus on problem-solvingWhy Alsco:Join a company with a strong international presence, and become part of a forward-thinking team within a unique and diverse production industry.
