Our TeAM actively supports people to find and maintain meaningful employment and reach their goals.Tasman TeAMThis is a full-time role, working up to 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday 8:00 to 4:30p, approx.). Some flexibility is required, and we can also be flexible to suit the needs of the preferred candidates.Working as a part of our West Coast TeAM, and based in Greymouth, this role supports referrals from Te Whatu Ora Community Mental Health Teams. We work within communities across the West Coast, including Greymouth, Westport, Hokitika, and rural locations. Regional travel is a daily factor for this role.Responsibilities:Actively support a caseload of up to 20 people to find employment and provide ongoing in-work support.Utilize strong organization, planning, and relationship-building skills to effectively match the skills, strengths, and aspirations of individuals to employers' recruitment needs.Network confidently with multiple employers and community resources.Work independently away from the office while maintaining strong IT and administration skills.Minimum Requirements:A Full Driver's License and Police Vetting.Confidence working independently.Excellent attention to detail and sound understanding of the recruitment process to support jobseekers in creating impactful CVs and Cover Letters.Pay Scale: $23.38 – $29.10* per hour (approx. annual salary range 48,630 – 60,528*)*This role is covered by the Pay Equity Settlement for Mental Health and Addiction Support Workers with pay rates based on relevant qualifications (Level 4 Health & Wellbeing).See what we do: tearamahi.comInterested?Email Pete Rees - TeAM Manager to introduce yourself and request an application pack: ****** specify which location interests you.Please note: Applications will be reviewed as received, and this vacancy will close once filled.
