Job DescriptionEmployment Specialist / Transition Facilitator - Porirua 
Employment Connections 
Full-time, 64 hours a fortnight, some flexibility will be required on occasions. 
About the role  
Employment Connections are looking for a highly motivated team player with experience in supporting people into employment. 
You will have a commitment to providing the best possible support for the people you work with. 
The successful candidate must; 
have driver's license but it is not mandatory 
be fully vaccinated 
The payrate for this role will be based on qualifications and experience.  We have a pay structure based on equal pay rates. 
Skills and experience  
Qualification in Health and Wellbeing Level 4 or similar experience in this field is preferred by not mandatory. 
Lived experience of employment support and the impacts of gaining employment 
Understanding of the labour market 
Collaborative skills and excellent communication  
Experience in developing stakeholder relationships with a wide variety of people, businesses and community organisations
