Sharp Tudhope Lawyers have an exciting opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join our busy litigation team.
We are looking for someone to join us on a part-time basis, ideally 2-3 days a week, but we are open to alternate arrangements for the right candidate. We are based in Tauranga; however, we are open to remote working arrangements and happy to talk to candidates NZ wide.

We are looking for someone who
Has at least 3 years' PQE specializing in employment law.
Knows their way around employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, workplace policies, disciplinary matters, performance management matters, redundancy and restructuring, workplace health and safety matters, and a broad spectrum of other employment-related matters.
Is a team player with great communication skills. You will be working closely alongside another employment lawyer.
Has excellent document drafting skills and attention to detail.
Has excellent analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
Is good at building relationships with new and existing clients.
