In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, bringing hands-on technical expertise and team leadership to support rural, industrial, and commercial clients across the region. We're looking for someone who's passionate about service quality, efficiency, and mentoring others in a dynamic, essential field.
You will be servicing clients between Dargaville and Whangarei.
What You'll Do: Preventative & Reactive Maintenance: Perform regular checks and repairs on electrical and refrigeration systems for agricultural, industrial, and commercial equipment, ensuring optimal performance.Electrical Installations & Repairs: Lead and execute electrical installations and repairs for diverse environments, including commercial buildings, warehouses, and factories.Refrigeration Systems: Maintain and repair refrigeration units with a focus on safety, compliance, and reliability.Customer Interaction: Coordinate and prioritize service requests, ensuring seamless, top-tier customer service for all clients.Team Leadership: Guide and support a team of electricians and service technicians, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and professional growth.Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of our Northland branch, including scheduling, resource management, and process improvements.Qualifications: Fully registered EWRB Electrician.
