The successful candidate will oversee and manage commercial electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Tasks/Accountabilities:
Lead and supervise a team of electricians and apprentices on commercial projects.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Commercial Foreman/person or similar role in the electrical industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
New Zealand Electrical Registration and current practicing Licence.
NZ Drivers Licence.
