We have an exciting opportunity to join ourHastings Team as a Electrical Distribution Auditor (internally called a Works Performance Advisor).
The purpose of this role is to audit the performance of service providers by
Verifying that work complies with required safety and quality standards through systematic audits, including on-site safety and quality checks during and after project completion.Assessing completed work to ensure it meets technical specifications and identifying areas for improvement.Delivering on-site coaching and training to support continuous performance improvement and enhance operational efficiency.Providing feedback to contracting representatives and addressing non-compliance issues directly with forepersons to ensure corrective actions are implemented.Conducting trend analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, maintaining sound knowledge of industry best practices, and completing audit reports for relevant stakeholders.We are looking for someone with: Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.Good time management and able to meet deadlines.Willing and competent to address non-compliance issues.Ability to work with people in a constructive and positive manner.Ability to be objective, analytical and detail orientated.Registered Line Mechanic (or experience with high voltage).Clean Drivers Licence.Experience in the electrical distribution industry or auditing.Relevant coaching and training experience.In return for your hard work, we will provide: Permanent positions with competitive remuneration packages.A safe and enjoyable workplace, where your safety and wellbeing are our top priority.Working to industry best practices, with modern tools and equipment.Health insurance for you, and discounted rates for your familyAll PPE provided, plus a Dress for your day clothing allowance.Company iPhone.$200 per year wellbeing subsidy.Ongoing training and development.We will be interviewing candidates as they come through so if this sounds like the opportunity you have been waiting for, then apply today!
