Right now we are on the hunt for a great EHS Manager to join our team in Christchurch.Reporting to our Head of Safety, you will be instrumental in ensuring we play our part in protecting our workers and the environment.If you want to work in a fast and complex environment and believe you have what it takes to drive great environmental, health and safety initiatives we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities include:Lead EHS improvement planning process and work with the regional team to ensure effective implementationProactively identify and assess risks and work in partnership with operational managers to implement robust controlsDrive near miss reporting, hazard identification and incident reporting and effective and thorough investigationsManage the Regional EHS CoordinatorCollation, maintenance and analysis of EHS data to drive effective actionsMaintain relationships with regulatory authoritiesIdentify training needs, develop and deliver EH&S trainingRequirements:Relevant Tertiary QualificationThorough understanding and application for NZ EHS LegislationAt least 3 years experience in an EHS roleWe pride ourselves on finding the best people and value the contribution they make to our team.
