Our mission is to inspire great design, and we are proud of our reputation as a leading organization in the industry.About the role:Archant is seeking a skilled and driven Digital Product Manager to oversee our digital products and online presence, supporting the growth and visibility of our premium products. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in digital product management with expertise in e-commerce, user experience, and digital marketing. This role will play a critical part in advancing our digital strategy, ensuring that our website, online tools, and digital experiences effectively showcase Archant's offerings, promote our brand, and facilitate customer engagement and sales.Key Responsibilities:Digital Product Strategy:Develop and execute a digital product roadmap that aligns with Archant's business goals and improves our customers' online experience. Stay up to date on industry trends to identify new digital opportunities for our products.User Experience & Website Optimization:Oversee the design and functionality of our websites and digital tools, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Work with UX/UI designers and developers to enhance digital experiences and address user needs.Content & Digital Asset Management:Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure all digital content (images, descriptions, specifications) is up-to-date, on-brand, and engaging. Help create digital content that educates customers on our products.Data-Driven Insights:Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., user engagement, conversion rates) to improve product presentation and digital campaigns. Regularly report on digital performance and opportunities for optimization.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure digital products meet business needs and support customer interactions.Vendor & Partner Management:Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure digital projects are delivered on time and within budget.
