Responsibilities: Supervising the day to day running of the venue
Drive improvement every shift through leading by example
Assisting in stock management and adhering to company policies
Create a warm and welcoming environment so our guests feel happy and comfortable
Work with Management to ensure a smooth-running service
Be familiar with all products and services, make recommendations
Adhere to liquor license requirements
Ideal Candidate: Current Duty Managers Certificate
A friendly, professional and positive attitude
Experience and genuine passion for the industry
Willingness to learn new skills and work across different brands
The ability to work well as part of a team, and be efficient while working individually
