You will be part of establishing a seamless experience for our guests and visitors.We are currently seeking:Duty ManagersTasks include all aspects of Food & Beverage service, event setup, waiting tables, serving food & beverages, and delivering memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for your team, ensuring they have all received the appropriate training to succeed in their roles. You will be the leader of the shift, driving sales incentives, ensuring checklists are being completed, and sharing your food & beverage knowledge.You are the point of call for your team and our guests.Full-time (30+ hours/week) and part-time roles available, with a competitive hourly rate of $30.00 - $35.00 depending on experience, discounts on food and beverage, and more. Ayrburn offers many attractive benefits to our team members, with local accommodation also available.As a 7-day-a-week precinct, you will need to be available to work nights and weekends.
