Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional support to the Hotel Manager.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all departments.
Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Handle guest enquiries, reservations, and complaints in a professional manner.
Oversee health, safety, and compliance standards, including liquor license regulations.
Requirements: Must hold a General Manager's Certificate.
Proven experience in hospitality management, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Clarity PMS and Eveve for restaurant booking systems is advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a high-end, customer-focused environment.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
