About the Opportunity
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for twelve experienced Class 5 operators to join our team, based in Westport, carting coal.
These are fixed-term, full-time roles , based in Westport, from now until mid-December. These positions will see you working an average of 10 - 12-hour shifts and either:
Monday – Saturday dayshift; or
Monday – Saturday nightshift.
Some flexibility will be required to suit business needs.
Accommodation will be provided (if required) and will be discussed with selected candidates at the interview stage.
Skills and Experience
At least 2 years' experience in a Class 5 driving role, operating a bulk tipping unit.
A strong geographical knowledge of the Westcoast area.
Experience going above and beyond for customers.
Experience working with a team.
The ability to pick up new technology.

Duties
Day-to-day tasks:
Perform tasks in such a way as to promote and maintain a good company image – you are the face of Hilton Haulage!
Comply with all health & safety related rules, policies, procedures and directions given by the Employer and/or customer.
Participate as a member of the driving team, completing all work as assigned and assisting other drivers as required.
Work carefully and drive defensively to ensure your own safety, and the safety of others.
