We are seeking a Driver Licence Workshop Facilitator to join our team servicing Tauranga and Waikato. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our people; you will ultimately be responsible for assisting people of all ages to gain their learner's license.
To be successful you will ideally have:
A passion for making a difference in people's lives.
A sense of humour and a desire to make a positive impact every day with the people you work with; nothing is too hard.
Competence in motivating people to set and achieve goals.
The ability to connect with and run workshops for people of all ages.
Creativity in providing exciting and motivational delivery methods.
The ability to adapt learning material to cater for clients' literacy and numeracy needs.
Self-management, organisation, and planning skills.
Computer competency with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and listening skills, along with a genuine passion for helping others.
A willingness to stay ahead of the game and keep up to date with current licensing requirements.
Confidence in your ability to develop and manage professional relationships with community support services and people.

A strong desire and work ethic to support and coach people to reach their full potential is essential.
This position is for 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
Must be able to travel around the Waikato and Bay of Plenty area to deliver workshops and support clients sitting the theory test.
Applicants must hold a full license and be eligible to work in New Zealand.
