Driver - Laundry

Sudserella Laundry and Drycleaning – East Tamaki, North Island
We are seeking a proactive Permanent Driver/Laundry Assistant to join our friendly team immediately at our busy commercial laundry located in the East Tamaki / Highbrook area. The position will be Monday to Friday plus rostered weekends and will also require early starts.
The position involves delivering and picking up laundry from our customers in the Auckland area, so knowledge of the Auckland region is advantageous. You will spend the majority of the day driving and delivering and then at times assisting in the Laundry, so the ability to fold laundry, load and unload machines as directed is also important.
Experience is preferred but not essential. Above all else, applicants must possess a hands-on approach, not be afraid of physical work, possess a keen eye for detail, and a systematic approach.
All applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand at the time of application.
The successful applicant must:
Have a clean full Class 1 NZ driver's license
Capable of driving automatic and manual vans
Physically fit
Take pride in your appearance
Good command of the English language
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Great Customer Service Skills
Proven reliability, self-motivated and a great work ethic
Flexible attitude as additional hours will be required during busy times
