About the role: We have an awesome opportunity for an experienced Drainage Foreman to join our team based in Dunedin. You will be responsible for planning & delivering a variety of projects across Dunedin, Balclutha and Central Otago, leading safely, on time & within budget.
What you bring to the role: Extensive experience leading from the front, increasing your team's productivity while ensuring high quality of works.Be a registered Drainlayer, preferably certified.Great people management skills with an open communication style.Support the training and development of your team.A minimum of 5 years drainage or water installation experience in public works is essential.A clean licence with a minimum of class 2 and WTR endorsements. Class 4 would be an advantage.An ability to work away from home at times would be beneficial.Experience in other fields of civil construction work; roading, earthworks or structural work would be an advantage.In Return, We Offer: Joining the Isaac Construction family means securing your place in a vibrant and supportive work environment.
