My client is a well-known player who caters to insurance needs nationwide. They are seeking an experienced domestic broker to come and join their team. Currently, they are in growth mode within the domestic space; this role would be joining a small team with the goal to expand the team over time. They offer flexibility with working hours, ongoing training, and career progression.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions across the domestic sector.
Offer expert advice on a wide range of insurance products.
Achieve and exceed KPI targets through proactive client outreach and effective sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide the best possible advice to clients.
Work with support to ensure all documents are processed accordingly.
About You: At least 2+ years of experience in a Domestic Broker position.
New Zealand experience is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record in sales, with the ability to close deals and build client relationships.
Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated to achieve targets.
Level 5 certificate required in general insurance strand.
