I am seeking a Digital Press Operator to join my client's close-knit friendly team.
This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday.
This is a hands-on practical role that requires an eye for detail, high administration accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Primarily you will be operating digital presses, processing clients' orders. This will also involve proofing files, quality control, and some customer service.
Ideally, you will have previous print or production experience; you may even come from a trade background - full on job training will be provided.
This role offers a variety of work, ongoing career development, and the opportunity to further your skillset.
Key Responsibilities: Operating digital presses.
Set up and calibrate machines to meet production and quality standards.
Follow production specifications to maintain high-quality levels and inspect materials for defects.
Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
Monitor operations and adjust tension control systems for optimal production results.
Maintain accurate production records while working independently.
Customer service.
The ideal candidate will have: Minimum of 2 years of experience in printing or a related trade qualification.
Strong mechanical, technical, and computing skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
The ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
