Company Description This is a unique role to utilise your IT skillset but also gain exposure to the insight’s world building your commercial acumen! We are looking for someone passionate about standardising site tracking to ensure customer and data analytics can then be portrayed.

Job Description

The role

Reporting into our Manager of Digital Insights, your role in a nut shell is responsible for transforming the way The Warehouse Group’s digital division uses web and app data. Spanning 5+ digital properties your role enables website tracking, thus all digital KPI tracking and dashboarding.

- Create and maintain site tracking capability and reliability across our sites using Google Tag Manager
- Administer our sites, and take learnings from industry best practice to form a standardised group approach
- Perform analysis, trending and reporting of KPIs to answer business questions
- Collaborate with digital marketing to analyse multiple data sets to provide actionable insights
- Develop a measurement framework to effect a test and learn cycle
- Perform A/B testing

This role will see you work with the eCommerce managers, dev team, UX analysts and the wider Group Insights and Data Science team, along with external parties – hence your communication skills must be top notch!

Qualifications

About you

First and foremost, it is critical that you have previous experience using Google Tag Manager.

Our wish-list also includes:

- 3+ years commercial experience in tracking and optimising websites, ideally within large corporates or consulting focused organisations
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- AB and MVT testing would be ideal
