As a forward thinker, you will always be one step ahead having a strong awareness of advancements in customer experience platforms.In this role you will:Work within the Customer Experience Platform team to ensure our platforms are proactively monitored, managed, standards compliant and follow best practices.Lead our platform enhancements programme to ensure our continual improvement.Represent the team working closely with other platform specialists, managers, architects, suppliers to form strong partnerships that deliver on our customer-centred approach.Expertise and/or extensive knowledge of the following areas: Identity Management; Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365); Share Point Online and Automation (Nintex Automation Cloud, Power Platform).Expertise and/or knowledge of information management and technology disciplines, including latest development in information management and technology practices.At least 10 years' experience in IT, with 5 years in a platform specialist role.A positive attitude.
