Deputy Principals Personal Assistant - Te Puke High SchoolTe Puke High School is seeking a dedicated assistant to provide essential administrative support to our Deputy Principals.Part-time, Fixed-Term for 6 months.Key responsibilities include:Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including managing schedules, correspondence, and meetings.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records.Co-ordinate and assist with school events, projects, and initiatives.Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.Liaise with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.Assist with general office duties, including reception and communication management.Manage the school's media communication.Act as Staff Relief Co-ordinator in 2025.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Word).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Hours to be determined with the successful applicant.Please forward a covering letter and CV to: ****** close on Monday 14 October 2024.
