We have an exciting opportunity at Go Bus Transport, managing the operations of school runs and charters. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Depot Manager to lead the team in our Wairarapa region.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing comprehensive reports to the MOE, ensuring full legislative compliance, conducting thorough investigations of accidents and incidents, all whilst maintaining optimal service levels. You will also play a pivotal role in cost control, overseeing weekly KPI reports, implementing change management strategies for the business, and addressing employment relationship issues along with essential administrative duties.
Your expertise in fleet management will be crucial in keeping our school fleet fully operational, and you will have the opportunity to grow our charter business by developing relationships with schools and external organisations.
