About the Role - Dental Assistants
Dental Assistants (DAs) are an absolutely critical part of any practice. In this busy, challenging and demanding role, you'll work closely with a range of Clinicians to deliver excellent patient outcomes. You take a leading role in ensuring our patients are happy and healthy and deliver a world-class patient experience every day. It goes without saying that the safety of our patients and teams is paramount, so you'll also take a leading role in delivering best practice sterilisation and infection control.
About the Role - Receptionists
Our Receptionists are at the heart of everything we do. This busy, varied and exciting role is the first point of contact for our patients and sets the tone for the patient experience. You'll be adept at juggling different priorities and tasks, while always staying positive, approachable and friendly. You're a customer service natural - making people feel cared for, relaxed and comfortable gets you out of bed in the morning.

Some practices will allow you to be cross-trained as both a Dental Assistant & a Receptionist - giving you the option to work in both roles.
What do we look for:
Experience as either a Dental Assistant is preferred, but training will be provided to those with no previous experience as a Dental Assistant.
Experience as a Receptionist or Administrator is important for these roles.
Experience in the dental industry is advantageous, but training will be given to those willing to learn.
