Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua MidCentral (MidCentral) is part of Te Whatu Ora, Health New Zealand and provides healthcare services to over 180,000 people across the Manawatu, Horowhenua and Tararua regions. With a large hospital campus in Palmerston North, it also provides key health care and support services to neighbouring communities.
The Opportunity
We currently have a permanent, part time position available for a Dental Assistant to mainly support service provision in Otaki and Horowhenua but can also work across Manawatu, and Tararua regions as well.
We offer comprehensive training, mentoring and on-going support. If you have previous experience that's great, but not essential if you are enthusiastic and willing to learn.
The successful applicant will be part of the Child and Adolescent Oral Health Service team working across the MidCentral Health region and will require a full driver's licence.
This role is 0.6 FTE - 24 hours per week.
