Your focus will be on optimising day-to-day portfolio demand planning, roadmap planning, and promotional planning, ensuring advanced lifecycle planning services are fully utilised.Working with our supply chain planning tool (BlueYonder), you will develop precise demand plans, collaborating closely with clients, channel partners, and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and build trust.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Specifically, you will:Utilise advanced business intelligence and planning tools for forecasting, lifecycle and seasonality planning, and statistical algorithm tuning. Ensure master data accuracy through regular maintenance and suggest improvements to enhance planning.Lead and facilitate demand review and collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) meetings, driving value for clients and fostering collaborative relationships.Monitor competitor activity and anticipate market trends to optimise demand planning and strategically time inventory purchases.Leverage data from diverse sources to pinpoint bottlenecks, address planning outliers, and drive informed decision-making.Apply in-depth knowledge of promotional and scenario planning to provide data-backed recommendations that align with client goals.Conduct end-to-end inventory assessments to align stock demands with business strategies, ensuring optimal stock levels.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for advanced lifecycle planning services on a weekly basis, maintaining high standards of accountability.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Our ideal candidate is tertiary qualified in logistics and supply chain or a related field, with experience gained in a sales/operations planning environment together with:Advanced skills in Excel and database modelling, and experience with demand planning systems (e.g., BlueYonder, SAP APO) and ERP systems (SAP, JDE, or similar).Proven ability to develop, manage, and improve processes and systems for enhanced operational efficiency.Excellent verbal and written communicator, capable of building partnerships, gaining commitment, and facilitating change with stakeholders.Strong fact-based decision-making skills with a strategic mindset, adaptability, and a willingness to take calculated risks to drive innovation.In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?In addition to a challenging and rewarding work environment and competitive compensation, we are proud to offer a range of employee benefits designed to support your wellbeing, and help you thrive at work and in life.Personal wellbeing: prioritise your health and wellbeing through the CEVAwell program, Employee Assistance Program, Volunteer Time Off, and Life & Total Permanent Disability Insurance.Work-life balance: benefit from flexible, hybrid, and remote work options.Professional development: your growth is essential to us.
