You will collaborate with key internal stakeholders including our internal employee network groups, establish a dedicated committee to find things that will make a difference to Mercury and drive meaningful change.With strong executive buy-in and genuine commitment to progress, you will identify impactful strategies that make a real difference. Your responsibilities will include setting measurable objectives, maintaining oversight of these goals over time, and engaging with our people and leaders across Mercury. This role offers the chance to lead transformative work and shape the roadmap for our DEIB efforts.We are looking for someone who can take the lead in this space, working strategically with stakeholders at all levels, from the boardroom to the front lines. Your experience in DEIB at this level is essential, as is your ability to build collaborative relationships across organisations. There is some travel required to key sites and other offices within the North Island.
