Job Title : Data Support Analyst (Level 2)
Location : Auckland NZ
Role Type : Contract (3 Month)
About the Role :
In this role you will be responsible for providing application and general help desk support to ensure the smooth operation of applications and real estate related data. This is a contract role where you will leverage tools such as Jira and Zendesk to handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate tickets when necessary.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide Level 2 support for data-related and application issues
Act as the point of contact for escalated help desk tickets from Level 1 support
Use Jira and Zendesk to track, manage, and resolve support requests efficiently
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to applications and data quality
Work with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues
Identify recurring issues and suggest potential fixes or process improvements
Create and maintain documentation for support processes and solutions
Assist in the testing of system updates and patches to ensure smooth implementation
Support end users in understanding and navigating software systems related to real estate services
Key Skills and Experience :
2 plus years of experience in a Level 2 support role
Strong knowledge of help desk tools such as Jira and Zendesk
Previous experience in application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Experience with data-related issues and application workflows
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the real estate industry or similar exposure to property evaluation.
