Then look no further - as the Data Architecture and Intelligence Lead, you will drive NZM's data initiatives to support strategic decision-making and business intelligence.As the Data Architecture and Intelligence Lead you will:Lead the development of a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with NZM's overall business goalsEstablish a data governance framework to ensure that data is effectively managed (including quality, utilization, structure), informing NZM's data architecture designDevelop and implement a scalable data architecture that integrates diverse data sources to support analytics, reporting and intelligence solutions.Maintain NZM's visualization/business intelligence tools to support strategic decision makingThe PersonDegree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems with at least 8 years' experience, of which at least 2 years should be in a similar roleStrong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, data modeling and data integration techniquesKnowledge of data governance practices and regulatory requirementsProficiency in programming languages and database query languages (e.g. Python, Java or SQL)Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to think outside the box and think strategically.Ready to join the team?
