We use data-driven insights to guide our work, but we also believe in a healthy dose of spirited storytelling as we strive to transform the marketing landscape.Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a skilled Data Analyst to become an integral part of our team, focusing on the development of data-driven solutions aimed at enriching our customer relationship management (CRM) strategy to drive performance.Analyze and interpret large and complex datasets to develop data-driven insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data science solutions to improve our CRM systems and processes.Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.Communicate complex analytical insights and solutions to stakeholders clearly and concisely.Build partnership with strategy team to refine campaign strategy and efficiencies.Be the key PIC for insights generation for the assigned market cluster.Timely delivery of analysis as per aligned timelines.Qualifications3+ years of data analysis experience.Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.Proficient in SQL & GCP; strong knowledge of Python.Experience in strategy and CRM is a plus.Familiarity with SAP Hybris or Adobe Campaign is a strong advantage.Ability to translate customer and performance data into actionable CRM insights.
