We’re got an opportunity for a confident 2IC/Dairy Production Manager to join this well-run farm and keep it humming. With an established, productive team, our incoming 2IC will have high standards for cleanliness and order on the farm. You’ll work well within established processes and procedures and will draw on your experience to suggest improvements where you see an opportunity.As 2IC/Dairy Production Manager, you’ll have sound knowledge and experience in grazing, pasture management and feed budgeting. You’ll be an integral resource for feed allocation, animal health and breeding, and animal records. You’ll also work closely with the farm team to ensure continued success. You’ll have a first class attitude and a proven track record around Health & Safety, and Animal Welfare. You’ll be a good communicator who can take feedback on board as well as give constructive feedback to others. Your experience in dairy means that you’ll have an eye for detail and will be able to manage situations that arise on the farm with confidence. Pamu is a champion of work-life balance.
