This is an exciting time to be part of our journey and in return for your extraordinary talent, we'll provide a high performing values-based team environment where people are at our heart.About the roleOur people make all the difference in our success, and as a Cyber Resilience Lead you can play a vital part in enabling greater agility and delivering great value to our members and customers at pace.As a Cyber Resilience Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of seven cybersecurity and networking professionals, overseeing daily cyber operations, network security, and information management practices.This role will help develop a culture to uplift cyber maturity and lead the team through managing the ever-changing cyber threat landscape, building security in through architectural design, considering the information management lifecycle, and fast response to security incidents.Oversee day-to-day security operations, including monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents.Conduct regular threat assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.Coordinate and execute cyber incident response efforts, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure security awareness and compliance with security protocols.Manage network security operations, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and secure network configurations.Develop and maintain information management policies, ensuring the proper classification, storage, and protection of sensitive data.Prepare reports on security metrics, incidents, and performance for senior leadership.Mentor and support the development of team members through training and skill-building initiatives.About you:Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, incident response, and threat management.Proficiency with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint security.Experience managing a team and the ability to develop and mentor staff.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Join a proud diverse team, that's always there, always real, always true.
