We can deliver, install, set up, & protect our customers' purchases, as well as recommend and educate to ensure individuals and businesses get the right solution for their needs.About the Role:The Customer Experience Designer plays a critical role across the Noel Leeming Services portfolio by working to ensure our service experiences are truly customer centric.Reporting into our Services Growth Manager, your role centres around supporting our retail & commercial services growth through increasing customer satisfaction by ultimately improving our Customer Experience (CX).Your key responsibilities will include:Being accountable for the customer experience design and ultimately delivering a customer-first experienceUnderstanding our customer and designing the customer experiences that ensure we attract and retain satisfied customers within our growing services portfolioUnderstanding the objectives of all services within the Noel Leeming portfolio, and ensure the customer journey is fully optimised, creating high customer satisfaction and retention levelsEnsuring all services within our portfolio have a customer journey mapped with an optimisation plan to improveAbout You:We are looking for a person who can credibly say they are an expert in this field therefore we are looking for at least 2 years experience within a Customer Experience Design role. We are seeking a strong communicator, whom is well organised with a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. You will thrive on fast pace and have an appetite to test and learn.
