Responsibilities: Action and complete all cases in Salesforce, respond to emails and answer phone calls in a timely and accurate manner. Provide day-to-day support, ensuring delegated tasks are completed. Assist with the introduction of new suppliers and their systems. Establish and build relationships with Envoyage and Flight Centre teams to ensure seamless delivery of all support matters. Assist with documenting procedures and training material for new members & staff. About You: You'll have a background in travel and experience with one or more GDS systems. You'll be highly organised and detail-oriented with strong time management skills. You'll have demonstrated problem-solving skills and enjoy identifying and fixing issues.
