About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Administration Assistant in the tech industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with excellent service and assisting the technical team with administrative tasks. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth workday for the engineers and customers.
What you'll be doing Booking travel arrangements for IT engineers, ensuring travel itineraries are accurate and communicated effectively.Oversee the management of company vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring availabilityKeep records of engineers' equipment and uniforms, replace as needed to ensure readiness for service.Assist with new employee onboardingAnswer incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team membersCoordinate schedules for engineers and communicating this schedule to customersOrganize staff day arrangementsScheduling and minute taking for staff meetingsHandle general office duties such as ordering groceries and cleaning servicesPerforming other ad-hoc administrative tasks as requiredWhat we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or administrative roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organisational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processesWe offer:
