Spread across three locations, our people come from a wide range of backgrounds, but all have great customer service in common.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our community member's first impression when they contact Health NZ - Te Whatu Ora for support around health payments. You will answer queries from the public and Health Practitioners. You will turn up each day to deliver a consistent and positive experience for our community.You will be part of a team of professionals who will help you to be the best you can be. At the end of each day, you'll go home knowing you've made a genuine difference to our community. This role is a great introduction to the wider Health Sector for those interested in a career in health.Delivering an exceptional service for our community is key for us; we want people who have a real passion for making a difference! You will be an active listener who can pick out the key details that will help someone in an interaction. Understanding of basic financial concepts is a bonus, but we can assist you to develop on the job.
