Customer Services & Rental Operations Consultant

Working at our Apex Car Rental branch based out by the Christchurch Airport, we have a full-time position available for what we call a Rental Operations Agent to join our amazing team and be the face of our business! Permanent (40-hours per week) position available Christchurch Airport based Supportive, friendly, and caring culture Entry level role with training provided Big international company with opportunity to move internally About the Role From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings. To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time. What we are looking for : Full , clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role. Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service. Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information(training will be provided) Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards. We operate 7 days a week from 6 am until last flight of the day (midnight) on a roster basis where you will be scheduled to work on a 40-hour work week consisting of 5 x 8-hour shift per week. These shifts could be early morning, afternoon, evening and weekends as required. What's on offer: $24.20 per hour, plus increase your earnings with our sales incentive scheme.
