Customer Service SupportNew Plymouth Permanent, Full-time Hours will be between 8.00 a.m. - 6.30 p.m. including a weekend shift. About the role The skills you will learn will enable you to specialise in different areas within the Customer Engagement Centre, or wider business. We work in a fast-paced environment and team morale is very important to us; with a vast range of vibrant personalities, you will never be bored.
Who Are You? You will have superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Your knowledge of customer service practices and principles will ensure you deliver a professional service of the highest standard. You will be required to make sound judgments, identifying customer needs whilst obtaining accurate information.
We are looking for candidates who have: At least one year's experience in a sales or customer service position; no banking background necessary.Previous contact centre experience preferred, but not essential.High resilience and problem-solving skills.Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.Confident using technology and proficient computer skills.A positive outlook and "can do" service attitude.What's in it for me?
