As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer services team, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and support. Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
First point of contact for customers and respond to customer queries
Managing assigned tickets and completing them within a timely manner
Investigating tickets that could lead to a claim
Ensuring that all documentation is accurate
Supporting initiatives to improve the overall customer service experience and programs
The successful applicant will have:
At least 2 years of experience in a B2B role or in a similar customer service role in logistics or transport
Ability to problem solve and find resolutions
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Prior experience using MS Office, WMS, and CRM systems (Zendesk experience desirable)
