Customer Service Rep

New Zealand Rent A Car – Picton, South Island
To assist in day-to-day operations of a rental car business. This includes everything from customer service, driver and vehicle grooming/detailing, to customer service during busy periods. It is a varied and interesting role, ensuring all duties are performed to meet a high level of customer service.
This is a casual part-time position with the potential for more hours over the summer period.
Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day operations of the rental car business.
Provide excellent customer service.
Perform driver and vehicle grooming/detailing.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Experience with Rental Car Manager Booking System is preferable but not essential.
The office is located in Picton.
