Customer Service & Operations Representative (Part-Time)Our Greymouth location is looking for what we call a Rental Operations Agent to join our wonderful team!Part Time (20 hours per week) position availableFixed Roster (scheduled times below)Supportive, friendly, and caring cultureEntry-level position with training providedStable work with renowned international companyAbout the RoleThis varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. At the back, you will be required to inspect vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, refuel vehicles, drive and park our cars, and the bulk of the work will be cleaning vehicles (interior, exterior, and vacuuming) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.For the other 50% of this role, you will be in the front at the counter interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings, and making sure our customers receive exceptional service.What we are looking for:Full, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role.Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided).Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.We work 7 days per week from 7:30 am to 7 pm.
