Customer Service Officer

We need you to be a great multi-tasker, capable of ensuring our customers receive consistent and accurate information within set timeframes.
You will need to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all the Council’s services, take an active interest in the Council’s business and be computer savvy.
If you have general office and customer service experience and enjoy dealing with the public as part of a small team, we would love to hear from you.
