Customer Service Manager

Job Title: Customer Service Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join our busy team to help us manage the customers' needs, expectations and feedback to ensure we are providing positive experiences for our customers.

This role involves, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Deals and communicates with customers about their needs;

Handles complaints from customers and provides solutions;

Liaises with Directors to meet customer satisfaction;

Controls and observes the interactions between customers and staff;

Monitors reviews and feedback from customers to maintain the positive reputation of the company;

Acts as the first point of contact for any conflicts that may arise between customers and staff;

Brainstorms ways of improving customer experience within the company;

Implements a standard of customer service;

Manages and maintains the team to enhance the quality of service of the company;

Performs all other tasks as required by a Customer Service Manager.

Minimum Requirements: Successful candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience or at least a NZQF level 4 qualification in Business / Commerce / Management or any similar areas.

This is a full-time role with guaranteed hours of at least 30 hours per week.
