This is a great opportunity to join the team in BNZ Kerikeri on a part-time basis for a 12-month fixed term and kick-start your banking career.
This part-time role is Monday-Friday 8:30am - 1:30pm.
What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
Engage with customers in a warm friendly manner with a big smile Processing customer transactional banking needs Updating customers' personal details and identification Assist with general product and service enquiries and recommend the solutions, adding value to help customers achieve their financial goals Help educate our customers on our online platforms, tools and digital solutions What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?
You'll have some banking experience and an understanding of bank processes and policies, but what's most important for us is someone that is passionate about taking their banking career to the next level.
This role gives you the opportunity to learn and develop your skills further in banking and we want to help you become one of our future lenders, and eventually establish yourself as the go-to for complex lending requirements.
It goes without saying that you'll enjoy working with people and get a buzz out of helping customers, and your ability to problem solve and find solutions to exceed our customers' expectations will hold you in good stead for this role!
