At Milford Sound Flights, we offer stunning scenic flights over the Southern Alps and into Milford Sound.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Reservations Assistant to join our friendly and enthusiastic team on a fixed term period over the busy summer season.
Based in Queenstown , this dynamic position will include helping customers board our aircraft, making bookings at our front desk, managing telephones, emails, and ensuring all of our passengers receive top service.
The key accountabilities and responsibilities for the position include:
A friendly, mature personality with a superb phone manner.
High standard of safety and professionalism.
A passion for aviation and tourism.
Must be flexible and able to work weekends and public holidays.
Previous experience and knowledge in the aviation industry is advantageous.
