As part of our Customer Banking Inbound Team, you'll be handling inbound contacts from our customers via phone, email, and social media. You'll be expected to provide an excellent service experience by quickly and efficiently assessing customer needs and helping deliver the right solution. Because we are a small organisation, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop a solid foundation for any future aspirations in banking. Once able to work independently, we provide the tools to allow successful applicants to work flexibly from home.
This is a part time role of 23 hours per week. You will be working either in Auckland (Initially from home then transitioning to a branch) or Wellington (from the Head Office branch):
Monday - 11:45am to 7:15pmTuesday - 8.00am to 12 middayWednesday - 8.00am to 12 middayThursday - 8.00am to 12 middayFriday - 8.00am to 12 middayThere's also the option of picking up additional hours, when on offer.
