Join us.We're looking for a Health & Fitness Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly, welcoming team based at the Queenstown Events Centre. This is a fixed term role from mid-November 2024 – mid-May 2025 working 36 hours per week (Monday - Saturday). Our Sport and Recreation team are a hard-working bunch who are passionate about the work they do for the community.What you'll be doing / He aha te mahiActing as first point of contact for the public, you'll be handling sales, assisting with facilities set ups and answering customer queries. The role will involve:Assisting with casual bookingsRecording existing and potential members detailsGiving members of the public facility toursInforming members are aware of current promotionsWhat you'll bring to the role / Ko wai to PukekaYou'll be self-motivated and enjoy working with an energetic team who have a passion for sports, health and wellness. You will be an excellent communicator and always eager to help. Working calm under pressure, you'll also be experienced in dealing with customers' feedback and working through solutions.
