We are looking for enthusiastic, positive and professional individuals who possess excellent communication and administrative skills to join us to provide exceptional service to our customers.

You will need to be able to follow processes, multitask and be a confident computer user. We are looking for candidates that are dedicated to delivering high standards of customer service. You will be required to give advice on service schedules for customers' vehicles and advise of any enhancements that may be required.

As a business owned and run by family, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We have sites in Christchurch, Poole and Salisbury. At Penton Motor Group, we work as a team, so we need you to be flexible and work well with others.

The role will include:

Answering incoming phone calls for service bookings

Making outbound phone calls to ensure we are providing the best service

Dealing with queries on many different online platforms

Making bookings for all our branches

Working with multiple different systems at the same time

Upselling of additional works and service plans

This position is for 36 hrs a week - the hours are 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with two 30 minute breaks. You will be required to work Saturday mornings 08:30am - 12:30pm (paid additionally) and your days off will be on a fixed rota basis. The best thing - once a month you will get a 4 day weekend.
